To clean the Cuisinart TOB-195, make sure the unit is cool and unplugged. Wipe all interior and exterior surfaces with a soapy cloth or sponge. Always clean the top interior surface of the oven after broiling. Dry all surfaces after cleaning. Pull the crumb tray out and wipe it with a soapy cloth or sponge. Dry it with a cloth and slide it back into the oven. The crumb tray, drip tray, and baking tray are all dishwasher safe.
