However, as they have grown in popularity and in size, they have increased their company quality. The BBB has rated them in their top category, â€Satisfactory†and they have only had 1 complaint in the last 36 months.
As to the quality of the scales they produce, none is better. Escali Digital Scales base their design of scales off of 5 fundamental principles: quality, accuracy, value, functionality, and design. Finally, Escali Digital Scales offers an exceptional warranty on their scales. Most consumer scales come with a 5 year warranty that covers defects or if the product just stops working. We have found Escali to uphold this warranty very well and with few exceptions. Some of the more advanced professional scales come with a 1 year warranty this is equal to the consumer warranty except with a shorter time.
